News is not cheating

Hello Members and Guests,

I'd like to address a issue that came up recently in a email that "anonymous" sent me.

The main concern is that the news posts are adding posts to the forum and this is considered cheating, or "padding the forum" with artificial posts. Nothing is further from the truth, the news services included with the forum simply allow the Weird Reality users to get their news in one place. Here. Now, if people don't want to join us and post, well... That's on them. But, we here at WR will continue to offer the news service as a way to inform.
