There is so much hate in America, a nation whose conception began with a wide variance of people who managed to work together despite their differences, including differences in religion, political beliefs, and racial prejudices. And somehow, we've lost the very thing that made us who we are; that is working together despite our Diversity.

When the US military deploys soldiers, marines, sailors, and airmen to places around the world, whatever differences they had before deployment disappear as they set boots on foreign soil. The differences are still there, but the grander dangers of their mission take precedence over personal issues.

Yet, we face similar circumstances, although not the same, as we are on our home soil, but there is a real danger. A constant threat to us all. As Americans. But instead of putting aside our differences and operating toward the common good, we vie for setting personal issues to the forefront, ignoring outside threats, even as we deny the inside turmoil. There are evil forces at work whose only goal is to bring down something hated since its inception- Our country, the United States. Their mission is to destroy us utterly. And they're succeeding. We have one of two things going on, we are doing their work for them, or we have enemy saboteurs amongst us. Why else would we continue to carry the banners of our ideologies as some badge of righteousness?
