Extensions Galore

In trying to make this message board user friendly and to ease maintenance of it, I've added some extensions that will do both (hopefully).
The things I've added to improve looks and make it more user friendly are:

- Shout Box
- Pages
- Message box with new BB Code
- Installed new extensions:
- National flags for members
- User ranks
- Automatic image resizer
- Automatic installer of extensions
- Share a post to Facebook, Google, etc
- New topics and new posts will display in RED until read
- Strong password indicator for new registrants
