Think Tank

Dear Admins,
Would it be possible to add another Category to the Forums section, entitled, "Think Tank"?
I'd like to attempt to establish a different way for people to interact with the ideas of each other, beyond the typical OP and thread of replies, which often go back and forth and eventually go off the rails...!
I've several ideas for members to interact with the new category, but I'm still fleshing them out to determine the best way to move forward with my goals while doing such...
