New Extensions Added

I've added a couple of new extensions that users might find to their liking.
mChat - A somewhat more versatile chat box than the previous one, and without having to get a room (channel).
Mood - Now users can set their moods via their User Control Panel (UCP) and it will display a mood appropriate 'smiliey' in the user's posts.
Try the new extensions out and let us know what you think.
