The Ghosts of TikTok

I'm still in the woods as to how TikTok became so popular. It's like YouTube. Right?
So, yeah.
I've been watching TikTok, nothing specific, just whatever comes my way, so it's a random selection. A lot of the stuff that comes up in scrolling are ghosts and stuff of that nature. You know, the paranormal.
Some of that stuff is utterly creepy. Then after watching a clip several times, I began to see telltale signs of its fakery. Now, that's not to say that ALL of those type of TikTok videos are fake, but some are. Definitely.
Nowadays it's very easy to fake a video, especially deep fakes. Well not so deep anymore, just an app.
